Exhibitor Application Form

LGGE is a volunteer-driven nonprofit organization. Our events and expos are made possible entirely through the generous support of sponsors like you.

Location: Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre, Leamington, Ontario 

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2026 Leamington Greenhouse Grower Expo! 
This year, we’re excited to host the event at the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre, allowing us to welcome more exhibitors and bring all activities under one roof. 

Please note: this is an application form only. Do not submit any payments or assume exhibitor status until you receive a Square invoice confirmation from the LGGE team. 
All confirmed exhibitors will be notified by December 1, 2025.

Booth Details 

Each booth measures 10 ft wide x 8 ft deep. 
New this year: every booth includes a tall black backdrop drape, short side walls, and complimentary electrical service. 

Booth Cost: $700.00 + HST 

To accommodate all exhibitors, double booths will be limited to four (4) this year. 

Sponsorship Opportunities  

All sponsorships include: 
  • Company name listed on the LGGE website sponsorship page 
  • Company name featured in the event show brochure

Roma Club After Party Sponsor

$5,000 each (4 available) or $20,000 for exclusive sponsorship

We are thrilled to introduce the official LGGE After Party at the Roma Club main hall. 
Sponsors will receive high-profile exposure at both the main Expo and the after party.
Each $5,000 sponsor receives:

  • 25 branded tickets to distribute to staff, clients, or partners 
  • Logo featured on all after party tickets 
  • Banner displays throughout the event and party venue 
  • Feature in our LinkedIn Sponsorship Spotlight and email e-blast and hortidaily  
  • Collaboration with the LGGE team to help shape the event experience 
Exclusive $20,000 sponsor will receive full branding rights and premier exposure across all after party promotions and materials.
