Dror Negbi, Product Management Team Leader, Netafim North America
Dror Negbi is a Product Management Team Leader at Netafim, part of Orbia, where he leads global product management initiatives focused on precision irrigation and sustainable agriculture. In his role, Dror oversees a team responsible for managing product portfolios from concept through commercialization, ensuring solutions are aligned with grower needs and regional market requirements.
Dror has spent more than two decades at Netafim, including as a Global Product Manager for nearly 10 years, working closely with engineering, operations, sales, and agronomy teams to support the development, optimization, and lifecycle management of irrigation system solutions, including system-level components designed to improve water efficiency, reliability, and ease of implementation. His work consistently bridges technical innovation with practical, field‑proven application.
With a strong focus on sustainability, water stewardship, and innovation, Dror brings a systems-level perspective to irrigation—supporting growers as they navigate increasing pressure around water availability, labor efficiency, and environmental performance. His leadership has contributed to Netafim’s position as a global leader in precision irrigation technologies.
