In his role\, Dror oversees a team responsible for managing product portfolios from concept through commercialization\, ensuring solutions are aligned with grower needs and regional market requirements.  \nDror has spent more than two decades at Netafim\, including as a Global Product Manager for nearly 10 years\, working closely with engineering\, operations\, sales\, and agronomy teams to support the development\, optimization\, and lifecycle management of irrigation system solutions\, including system-level components designed to improve water efficiency\, reliability\, and ease of implementation.
