- When does registration open?
Registration opens November 3, 2025. Booths will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend registering early to secure your spot and take advantage of the early bird pricing.
- Where can I register?
A registration link will go live on our website at 9:00 AM on November 3, 2025. Just visit our homepage and follow the link to complete your registration.
- What new sponsorships and events will you have this year?
We’re excited to once again offer some amazing sponsorship opportunities for the 2026 Expo! We’re still finalizing the details, but we’re planning to introduce new options for enhanced visibility and unique event involvement.

- Is electricity included in booth price?
Yes! Electricity is included this year.
- Does my booth come with table and chairs?
Yes, a table and chairs are included if requested during registration.
- Are linens provided?
Yes, linens are available but must be requested on your application.
- Is lunch provided for all booth participants?
Yes! Lunch is included for all booth participants, and we also provide snacks during setup and throughout the day.
- How many people can work at our booth?
There is no limit to the number of participants per booth. Bring your whole team if you’d like!
- When can we set up our booth?
Setup times will be shared closer to the event but all Set up will take place on February 24th. All booths must be set up by 7:30am on February 25th.
- When is payment due?
Payment is due by December 15, 2025 to receive the early bird rate of $700. Registrations without payment will not be confirmed.
- Can I choose my booth location?
Booth locations will be assigned to ensure equal exposure — and with the new layout, there are truly no bad booth spots this year.
- Can I apply to be a speaker or present an education session?
Absolutely! We’re accepting presentation proposals. Just send a short description of your topic and who would be speaking.
- Will I receive a confirmation or receipt?
Yes, once your registration and payment are received, you’ll get a confirmation email and receipt for your records. All invoices are sent and processed via Square platform.
